1.
Remove window switch from driver side door
Insert prying tool into the back side of the window switch
The window switch cannot be removed from the front side due to “hooks” that hold it into the door panel
2.
Unplug window and mirror switches
Press on the tabs and pull plug out of the socket
3.
Remove window switch from it's holder
Unscrew three areas to remove the switches from it’s holder
4.
Swap the switches and reinstall in your Rav4
Compare and swap the switches with the backlit ones
5.
Enjoy
Reinstall and enjoy your backlit window switches
